Becky Jackson Curran

Becky Jackson Curran (she/her) is a disability inclusion advocate, speaker, and athlete who has delivered more than 650 presentations worldwide on leadership, accessibility, belonging, and disability inclusion. A lifelong athlete living with dwarfism, Becky grew up sailing, skiing, swimming, and playing soccer, then later returned to competitive events after a spinal fusion surgery and an incomplete spinal cord injury. Since 2025, Becky has completed the Bionic Project 1-mile race, the New Balance 5th Avenue Mile, the Bionic Project 5K, and the Achilles Hope & Possibility 4M. As an athlete with Achilles International, she is pursuing her goal of completing 5K races associated with major marathons around the world while continuing to challenge assumptions about disability and athleticism. Becky truly believes that the greatest achievements are not measured by speed, but by the courage to keep moving forward.
