NYRR Run for the Future
NYRR Run for the Future is a free program that introduces young women in high school to running. Participants run their first 5K together and create connections that last beyond the program. They can also be part of a strong alumnae network while they continue their running journeys.
The holistic approach provides young women with the tools and support needed to meet their self-care and physical activity goals, building their confidence and motivation to stay active for life.
Contact us at runforthefuture@nyrr.org if you have any questions and fill out this form if you would like to be added to our outreach list to apply for an upcoming season.
Applications for the Summer 2025 class are now closed.
