November Project is proud to bring free fitness and plenty of sweaty hugs to the 5 boroughs. We work out every Wednesday morning in Central Park, and the first Friday of each month at different spots around New York City, and are inclusive of all ages, paces, identities and abilities. As well as our weekly workouts —which are great for strength and cross training — our team within NYRR's club league encourages all runners from competitive to recreational.
