The group Befuddled Danes has been running all over the world since 1995, honing our athletic skills, while not losing sight of running as a refuge in a busy world. Running is a social act with friends and one of our aims is to foster a sense of teamwork and build strong, lasting friendships.

We primarily run races in New York. Training is not a place where we tend to laugh much, but we are the champions when it comes to socializing.
