Virtual NYRR Global Running Day 5K
Run with the world! Share your passion for the sport with this FREE 5K virtual race. Run the Virtual NYRR Global Running Day 5K anywhere, anytime between May 31 and June 8.
Kids Can Run Too!
Encourage the young runners in your life to celebrate with a fun, flexible, and free virtual run! Kids can run or walk any distance between June 1 and June 30—outdoors, indoors, or even on a treadmill. Make it extra special with a printable bib and an official Rising New York Road Runners finisher certificate. No need for them to track time—just get them moving and having fun!

For those runners in the New York City area, complete your Virtual Challenge at one of our many Open Run locations.NYRR Open Run brings free, weekly community-led runs to neighborhood parks across the greater New York City area. The program is free and open to runners and walkers of all ages, abilities, and experience levels.
