About
Central Park Run Club (CPRC) is a social run club that has over 15 NYC Coaches that build different workouts every week.
- Every Tuesday at 6:30 a.m.: Speed Day (shorter/explosive workouts to improve pace)
- Every Wednesday at 6:30 a.m.: Fun Run (Casual Chatty Pace with friends and end at a local coffee shop)
- Every Thursday at 6:30 a.m.: Group Run (Coached Pacers for every group)
- Every Saturday at 8:00 a.m.: Long Run (Explore Manhattan with this large & long group run)
