Nnenna Lynch, Chair
On July 1, 2023, Nnenna Lynch became the Chair of NYRR's Board of Directors. She has served on the NYRR Board of Directors since 2014 and for many years served as Chair of the Community Impact Committee.
Nnenna is the Founder & CEO of Xylem Projects, a NYC-based mission-driven real estate investment and development firm. Xylem focuses on high-impact urban residential and mixed-use projects and is guided by four pillars: community enrichment, design, sustainability, and innovation. Nnenna has worked at the intersection of real estate, public policy, and finance her entire career and has a demonstrated track-record leading complicated, high-profile public-private partnerships. Before founding Xylem, Nnenna was Managing Principal and Head of Development at The Georgetown Company, a Senior Advisor to Mayor Bloomberg on economic development, a partner at Urban Green Builders, and an analyst at Goldman Sachs. Prior to launching her career in real estate, economic and community development, Nnenna was a professional middle-distance runner.
Nnenna is an Independent Director for AvalonBay Communities (AVB), Blackstone Mortgage Trust (BXMT) as well as fintech startup Stake. In addition to Chair of the Board of Directors, Nnenna is Co-President of the Association of American Rhodes Scholars, a Trustee of Villanova University, and the Van Alen Institute. Previously she was a board member of the New York City Housing Authority.
In 2021, Nnenna was named the Edward P. Bass Distinguished Fellow at Yale School of Architecture and was the recipient of City & State New York’s Responsible 100 Award in 2019. Nnenna graduated with a B.A. in Sociology from Villanova University where she earned 5 NCAA titles (4 team and 1 individual) and received an M. Litt in Anthropology from Oxford University as a Rhodes Scholar. Nnenna is a born-and-raised New Yorker and resides in Harlem with her husband and two children.
Priscilla Almodovar
Priscilla Almodovar is Fannie Mae’s Chief Executive Officer and serves on Fannie Mae’s Board of Directors.
With deep expertise in America’s housing finance system, Ms. Almodovar is responsible for overseeing the firm’s strategy, managing risk, driving innovation and efficiency, and promoting and fostering diversity and inclusion throughout the business.
Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Ms. Almodovar was President and Chief Executive Officer of Enterprise Community Partners, a national organization focused on increasing the supply of affordable housing, advancing racial equity, and aggregating and investing capital to create meaningful change for systems, people, and communities.
Previously, Ms. Almodovar worked at JPMorgan Chase and led two of the firm’s national real estate businesses.
Earlier in her career, she was President and Chief Executive Officer at New York State Housing Finance Agency, State of New York Mortgage Agency, and Affordable Housing Corporation.
Dean Bell, Vice Chair
Dean Bell is Lead Director of KPMG’s Board of Directors and is currently the Head of Markets for KPMG's Deal Advisory and Strategy practice.
As Lead Director of the Board, Dean guides oversight of governance and compliance responsibilities for KPMG’s board. He helps ensure that growth, a clear strategy, integrity, and client centricity are the foundational elements of how KPMG achieves its aspirations as a firm.
As Head of Markets, Dean executes the go-to-market strategy with the firm’s industry, channel, and sales team leaders and drives collaboration with KPMG's broader advisory practice to bring KPMG’s services to market. In this role, Dean is well-versed with marketplace trends and demands and is engaged across functions and industries to align the advisory service strategy and investment approach to meet these needs. He is actively involved in KPMG’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion priorities, and as a national leader in KPMG’s African Ancestry Business Resource Group is invested in recruiting, mentoring, and developing professionals from underrepresented groups. In support of his commitment to our communities, Dean is a graduate of the Partnership for New York City as a 2022 David Rockefeller Fellow. This one-year program convenes private sector executives to learn about the city and state and build civic leadership skills. Dean was recognized by Crain's in 2022 as a Notable Leader in Accounting and Consulting. He was named to Consulting Magazine’s list of Top Consultants 2024 for Excellence in Leadership.
In addition to New York Road Runners, Dean also serves on the board of the Greenwich Boys and Girls Club. He was the 8th person in the world to run all 6 Abbott World Marathon Majors in the same year—Tokyo, Boston, London, Berlin, Chicago, and New York City—and has completed 29 marathons, and counting!
Mark Bilsky
Dr. Mark Bilsky is an attending neurosurgeon at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSKCC) and professor of neurological surgery at Weill Medical College at Cornell University. He holds the William E. Snee Chair in Neurosurgical Oncology and serves as chief of the MSKCC multi-disciplinary spine tumor service (MSTS). He received the annual Willet F. Whitmore Award for Clinical Excellence at MSKCC in 2014 and has been recognized for his efforts on the New York Magazine’s Best Doctors and America’s Top Doctors for Cancer for the past 15 years.
Dr. Bilsky’s efforts to advance the treatment of both benign and malignant spine tumors of the MSTS have led to the development of international treatment paradigms that integrate tumor-specific surgical approaches with advanced radiation techniques and percutaneous interventional procedures. This combined modality treatment has significantly improved treatment outcomes and substantially reduced morbidity for patients with benign and malignant primary and metastatic spine tumors. Based on this work, Dr. Bilsky has published over 250 peer-reviewed articles and delivered over 500 lectures worldwide. He’s also interested in sports-injury prevention research. He has been a dedicated advocate for incorporating technologies to reduce concussions in women’s sports. Dr. Bilsky has been an NYRR member since 1988 and has completed 10 marathons.
Stacy Creamer
Board Position: Vice Chair, Nominating & Governance Committee
Stacy Creamer is a Vice President at Audible. She came to audio after a long career in print book publishing where, over the years, she worked as an acquiring editor at Penguin Random House, Simon & Schuster, and Hachette. Her New York Times bestsellers range from The Devil Wears Prada to Douglas Blackmon’s 2009 Pulitzer Prize-Winning Slavery By Another Name. She has edited works by John McEnroe, Lance Armstrong, Dara Torres, Ed Viesturs, Marla Runyan, and Lucille Ball.
Creamer is an avid runner and triathlete. She has been an NYRR member since the early eighties. She has competed for Central Park Track Club since 1987 and for Full Throttle Endurance, a local triathlon team, since 2010. Her PR for the 5K is 18:18, which she ran at age 40. She remains the record holder for the Escape from Alcatraz triathlon for the F50-54 age group. And she has run the Empire State Building Run-Up eleven times. Creamer is a graduate of Yale University (’81). She lives on the Upper West Side with her son Kieran.
Raul Damas
Raul is a partner at Brunswick Group where he advises clients on corporate communications, financial situations, and crisis management.
Raul has provided strategic counsel at the highest levels of the public and private sectors, employing his rare combination of policy development, communications, and government relations experience. Prior to joining Brunswick, he held senior leadership positions in the White House of President George W. Bush and at Pfizer. He began his career as a public opinion researcher, founding Latino Opinions, a bilingual polling and strategic communications firm.
Raul is a graduate of Villanova University, and holds an MBA from Columbia University, as well as a Masters of Political Management from George Washington University.
Christine Dorfler
Christine Dorfler is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the National Football League. Christine reports directly to Commissioner Goodell and leads the NFL’s Finance and League Strategy functions. Dorfler works with the NFL’s senior leadership team along with its 32 clubs and dozens of business partners to continue positioning the league for long-term growth.
A 21-year veteran of NBCUniversal prior to joining the NFL, Dorfler was most recently the CFO of NBC Sports. There she oversaw all NFL media partnerships as well as contracts with the International Olympic Committee, NASCAR, English Premier League, PGA TOUR, college football, and college basketball. She had a significant impact in modernizing NBCUniversal by expanding to a digital/streaming model.
Prior to her role at NBC Sports, she was the CFO of the NBC and Telemundo- owned television stations. Dorfler joined NBCUniversal from GE, where she was a member of the Junior Officer Leadership Program, as well as the Financial Management Program. A United States Army veteran who served four years as a Military Intelligence Officer, Dorfler supported NATO operations in Bosnia and Albania.
Dorfler graduated with a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Villanova University, where she was a four-year starter on the Division I women’s lacrosse team and is now a member of the Board of Trustees. She received her MBA from Drexel University. Dorfler resides in New Jersey with her husband, Brian, and three children.
Jason Gorevic
Jason Gorevic became the CEO of Teladoc in 2009, and has led the company through tremendous growth, increasing revenue nearly twentyfold and driving Teladoc to become the nation's largest and fastest growing telemedicine firm. He has steered Teladoc through innovative program enhancements, the redesign of its core technology, multiple successful acquisitions, and its 2015 IPO.
Previously, Gorevic was senior vice president and chief marketing and product officer for WellPoint Inc., a Fortune 50 managed-care company and the second-largest U.S. insurer. He twice won WellPoint’s Pinnacle Award for outstanding leadership. Gorevic became part of the WellPoint management team when it acquired Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, where he was the president of the $7 billion New York market, having joined the company in 2002. He began his career at Oxford Health Plans.
In 2015, Gorevic was named 2015 Digital Healthcare Innovator of the Year by Healthegy, in recognition of his efforts to bring telehealth into the mainstream. Additionally, he was recognized by Ernst & Young in 2014 as a regional winner of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Award and in 2003 was named one of Crain’s New York Business “40 Under 40″ executives. He received a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
Michael Gross
Micheal Gross is a co-founder of SLR Capital Partners, a leading independent private credit manager with $12.5 billion of investable capital. Founded in 2006, SLR primarily invests in U.S. middle market companies in the form of cash flow, asset-based, and specialty finance senior secured loans. SLR manages private credit funds, separately managed accounts, private business development companies (BDCs), and the publicly traded BDC, SLR Investment Corp. (Nasdaq: SLRC).
From 1990 to February 2006, Mr. Gross was a senior partner at Apollo Global Management, a leading private equity firm that he co-founded in 1990. Prior to his time at Apollo Management, L.P., Mr. Gross was employed by Drexel Burnham Lambert Incorporated.
Mr. Gross also serves as a Chairman of the Board of Mt. Sinai Children’s Center Foundation; Director of First Descents; Member of the Kellogg Global Advisory Board; and Member of the Ross School Advisory Board at the University of Michigan. Mr. Gross holds a B.B.A. in accounting from the University of Michigan and an M.M. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University. Mr. Gross is an avid runner having completed 20 consecutive New York City Marathons, including winning his age group in 2021.
Andrea Hagelgans
Andrea Hagelgans, a Partner & Reputation Management Group Co-Lead at Avoq in New York City, specializes in strategic and crisis communications and issue advocacy. She works with clients in corporate, government, and nonprofit spaces.
Before Avoq, Andrea served as managing director of U.S. social issues engagement at Edelman, where she advised CEOs and the full C-Suite of Fortune 100 companies on navigating complex social and political issues. Prior to Edelman, Andrea was appointed communications director and then senior advisor for strategic planning by former Mayor Bill de Blasio from 2014-2018, — making her the highest-ranking communications official to the former mayor. She has worked in-house at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, and as a consultant to the national office and its affiliates.
Andrea is from Upper Marlboro, Maryland, but she and her husband have lived on the Upper West Side for more than 20 years. She is the mom to two boys and a dog. She has run 13 marathons with a personal best of 3:21 and recently completed the Abbott World Marathon Majors’ Six Stars series. She is also a NASM certified personal trainer.
Laura M. Kirk
Laura M. Kirk is a Managing Director and Head of Private Investments, Capital Formation & Investor Relations at Wellington Management Company.
As head of capital formation and investor relations, Laura is responsible for the commercial strategy for Wellington's private investment platform, leading client and fundraising initiatives as well as product development and strategy.
Before joining Wellington Management in 2024, Laura was a managing director at Goldman Sachs and most recently served in the executive office as chief of staff to the firm’s president and chief operating officer. Prior to that, she held various leadership roles within Asset & Wealth Management, helping to establish the alternatives capital formation team charged with growing the firm’s proprietary alternatives products (2020 – 2023), and as a member of the external manager selection business overseeing the platform of long-only asset managers for Goldman’s institutional and high-net worth clients (2010 – 2020). Prior to Goldman Sachs, she was at Neuberger Berman where she worked on institutional asset allocation and investment strategy. She began her career at Lehman Brothers in private wealth management, working with advisors to source corporate transactions for the firm.
Laura holds a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts from Colby College. She holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Association designation.
Laura is a native New Yorker, a former collegiate rower, and an avid distance runner. She lives in New York City with her husband and three children.
Jed Laskowitz
Board Position: Chair, Development & Philanthropy Committee
Jed Laskowitz, Managing Director, is responsible for J.P. Morgan Asset Management’s Private Markets investment teams including real estate, infrastructure, transportation, timberland investments, special situations, private equity, macro, and absolute return fixed income. These teams manage ~$150B in assets for institutions and individuals. Jed is also responsible for Customized Solutions, which includes J.P. Morgan's Global ETF business, a leading active ETF manager with over $200B in assets; Customized Managed Account Solutions (CMAS); and 55ip, a J.P. Morgan Company. Across 55ip and CMAS, these teams oversee over $300B and are responsible for delivering tax-smart technology, separate accounts, and model portfolios to investment advisors and wealth platforms globally.
Since 2019, he served as Chief Investment Officer and Global Head of Asset Management Solutions. Prior to that role, Jed was CEO of Intelligent Digital Solutions, where he managed the firm's global Digital Wealth Management team and Asset & Wealth Management's Data Science effort. Prior to 2015, Jed was CEO of Asset Management's Asia Pacific business and held a number of leadership roles in the Asset Management business—including Head of U.S. Funds. Jed is a member of the Asset and Wealth Management Operating Committee, the Asset Management Operating Committee, and the firm’s Investment Committee.
Jed holds a B.A. from Ithaca College, a J.D. with honors from Brooklyn Law School, and is a member of the New York State Bar. He is a member of the Northwell Cohen Children's Medical Center Advisory Board, an Advisory Board Member for the financial technology companies InvestCloud and the TIFIN Group, and an Executive Committee member of the New York Road Runners Board of Directors.
Cathy Lasry
Cathy Lasry currently sits on NYRR’s Advisory Council. She previously served on the boards of The Roundabout Theater Company, Only Make Believe, and Clark University, where she attended college and met her husband, Marc.
In addition, Cathy is very active in Democratic politics and was the President of Eleanor’s Legacy, where she also trained Democratic women to run for office. She previously worked as a young adult book editor and was the author of several young adult novels. Cathy and her husband, Marc, live on the Upper West Side, overlooking the Marathon finish line. They have five children and four grandchildren.
Adrienne Lotson
Board Position: Chair, Nominating & Governance Committee
Adrienne R. Lotson, PhD, an Administrative Law Judge for New York State's Empire State Development agency, where she presides over the appeals of Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprises. She spent the first 15 years of her legal career as a sports attorney working with notable organizations such as the Women’s Sports Foundation, National Collegiate Athletic Association, and Atlanta Committee for the Olympic Games.
A dedicated alumna, Dr. Lotson is a former President of the Dartmouth College Alumni Council, providing leadership to over 82,000 global alumni during the College’s 250th Anniversary season. As the first Black woman to serve in this capacity, under her leadership, the College expanded the diversity of its Board of Trustees, developed diversity pipelines, and increased the engagement of underrepresented alumni groups. Dr. Lotson took up distance running to fulfill a bucket list desire to run a marathon for her 50th birthday. Three marathons and countless half-marathons, 10ks and 5ks later, she continues to race her way around the world. She is a proud member of Black Girls Run (BGR), Galloway NYC, and Latinas in Motion.
Dr. Lotson earned her A.B. at Dartmouth College, J.D. at UC Berkeley School of Law, M.Div. at the Interdenominational Theological Center (ITC), and M.Phil./Ph.D. with a focus on Black women and media at the Graduate Center (CUNY). Cultural anthropologist, DEIB consultant, author, performance artist and engaging speaker, Dr. Lotson is an avid traveler – having traveled to 46 states and 40 countries (and counting) – who uses her gifts for the written and spoken word to provide voice to the silenced, visibility to those often overlooked, and resources to those seeking empowerment and transformation. She resides in Harlem.
Amber Sabathia
Board Position: Vice Chair, Community Impact Committee
Amber Sabathia is an entrepreneur, philanthropist, published columnist, public speaker, and contributing editor.
Having grown up in the inner city and been raised by a single mom, Amber learned early on to follow her dream and that anything is possible. With this core value at the forefront, she co-founded the PitCCh In Foundation to enrich the lives of at-risk youth in inner cities. She also manages several business projects including being the creator and designer of CCandy Clothing™, a unique line of clothing for children.
Amber graduated from San Francisco State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Studies and earned a Certificate of Philanthropy at Heyman College at New York University. She is married to her high school sweetheart, CC Sabathia, six-time All-Star and Cy Young Award-winning pitcher for the New York Yankees. Amidst all her success, Amber’s greatest accomplishment is being a mom to four amazing children.
Mitchell Silver, FAICP, Hon. ASLA
Board Position: Chair, Community Impact Committee
Mitchell is a principal with McAdams. He is responsible for providing advisory services in urban planning, land use, parks and public space planning with an emphasis on diversity, equity and inclusion. Mitchell serves as an ambassador and leader for the company in regional and national organizations and events. He is the current president of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and former president of the American Planning Association (APA). Prior to joining McAdams, Mitchell served as the New York City Parks Commissioner overseeing over 30,000 acres of parkland.
As NYC Parks Commissioner, Mitchell streamlined the capital process, introduced a new public realm strategy called “Parks without Borders,” initiated a Framework for an Equitable Future to improve the parks system that included a $318 million campaign to transform 67 of the City’s most neglected parks. The $50 million “Parks Without Borders” program earned national and international recognition for its innovative approach to urban design and helped make parks safer and more accessible. Both the award winning Community Parks Initiative and Parks without Borders have been replicated in the United States and abroad. Mitchell’s most cherished legacy is leading NYC Parks with a “Culture of Care,” for the employees, park patrons, parks and volunteers.
Mitchell is one of the nation’s most celebrated urban thinkers. He was selected to Planetizen’s list of the 100 Most Influential Urbanists in the world. In addition, he has been honored as one of the top 100 City Innovators in the world by UBM Future Cities, and the Urban Times named him one of the top international thought leaders of the built environment.
Mitchell is an avid runner and is known among the running community as New York’s City’s running ambassador.
Eu-Gene Sung, Treasurer
Board Position: Vice Chair, Finance & Investment Committee
Eu-Gene is a Chief Financial Officer with extensive experience in the media, entertainment, and technology sectors. She is currently with GLG, an expert insight network to the world's leading investors and consultants. Prior to that, she was with BSE Global, overseeing the finance department for BSE venues and teams, including Barclays Center and Brooklyn Nets (NBA). In her role, she also managed the data & analytics, operations & facilities, and technology departments and completed the $3B sale of the company. Prior to this position, Eu-Gene spent nearly 11 years with Interpublic Group in various roles and was most recently the CFO of McCann New York, an award-winning advertising agency. Her role included driving all commercial aspects of client relationships in scope, incremental projects, staffing, and managing working capital to maximize cash flow. She began her career at J.P. Morgan as an investment banking analyst and research associate.
Crain’s New York named her one of the Notable Women in the Business of Sports in 2019.
Eu-Gene received a BS in Economics at the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business and an MBA from INSEAD. She lives in Connecticut with her husband and her two children, Tristan and Sydney.
Roslyn Tom
Roslyn Tom is a seasoned corporate lawyer and business partner with more than 30 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising, transformative transactions, and governance. As the Global Head of Transactions, Legal at Bloomberg L.P., she advises senior business leaders on the significant issues they face when analyzing corporate business opportunities. She also examines the full spectrum of commercial and regulatory challenges affecting the growth of a company, including strategy, risk management, human capital, compliance, fiduciary duties, and governance. In addition, Roslyn advises Bloomberg’s venture capital team (Bloomberg Beta) on its investment portfolio at each stage of the corporate life cycle, from pre-seed to priced equity rounds to exits.
Prior to Bloomberg, Roslyn was a partner at Baker & McKenzie LLP and Dewey Ballantine LLP, and an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell. Roslyn is a native New Yorker and graduated from Yale Law School, Harvard College, and Stuyvesant High School. She is an avid marathon runner and has been a member of NYRR since 2016.
Judy Turchin, Secretary
Judy Turchin most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer and member of the Office of the CEO of Equinox, a global lifestyle brand with 100+ locations. In her role as COO, Ms. Turchin drove the operational and financial strength of Equinox globally - overseeing the performance of its various businesses including sales, operations, personal training, group fitness, retail, and spa services.
Ms. Turchin is currently the Founder of JPT Partners, a global advisory firm, whose clients have included North Castle, TSG Consumer and Delos. Ms. Turchin also serves as an Independent Director for several private equity sponsored companies including: Suntex (Centerbridge), OVME (VMG), CenterWell (Welsh Carson) and Mint House (Revolution and Mohari).
Prior to joining Equinox, Ms. Turchin spent 8 years as a Managing Director in the Real Estate Group at Blackstone holding various senior roles. Prior to Blackstone, she was a Senior Vice President at Lehman Brothers Real Estate Private Equity. Ms. Turchin began her career as a lawyer with the firm of Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz.
Juan Uro
Board Position: Chair, Audit Committee
Juan Uro is a Partner at Ernst & Young (EY), where he focuses on counseling and supporting CFOs, CEOs, board members, and other C-suite executives on corporate finance, strategy, transactions and operations issues. Throughout his career, Juan has developed specific expertise in the role, responsibilities and priorities relevant to CFOs and their agendas. He has counseled and supported CFOs and other finance leaders on a broad set of issues (e.g., value creation & strategy, resource allocation & transactions, cost and operational improvements, finance function optimization) and has done that across many sectors (e.g., Media, Financial Services, Consumer, Healthcare) and geographies (North America, Europe, Asia, and Latin America).
Prior to joining EY, Juan served as Executive Vice President, League Finance & Global Strategy at the National Basketball Association (NBA), where he led the League Finance department as well as the Global Strategy department. Juan also served as Partner at McKinsey & Company and during his time at McKinsey, he helped numerous Fortune 100 companies develop and implement top management strategy, finance, and operations best practices. He cultivated and developed trust-based relationships with many C-suite executives and served them across a variety of business problems.
Before his tenure at McKinsey & Company, Juan served as an economic advisor at Argentina’s Ministry of Economy. Juan graduated from Argentina’s Universidad Nacional de la Plata with Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Economics. He also earned a Master’s in Finance at Argentina’s Universidad Torcuato di Tella before earning an MBA in Finance and Economics at Columbia Business School. Juan also serves on the Board of Directors of US Soccer Federation.
Alice Vilma
Board Position: Vice Chair, Audit Committee
Alice Vilma is managing director of the Multicultural Client Strategy team at Morgan Stanley, where she works to strengthen the company's connection to the multicultural business community by identifying, developing, and executing commercial opportunities with corporate, government, and individual clients. She is also the co‐head of the Morgan Stanley Multicultural Innovation Lab, an accelerator that invests in and supports tech and tech‐enabled startups with a multicultural or woman founder.
Vilma has spent her career in the financial services industry and worked at Sallie Mae in the Strategic Planning and Corporate Development group before attending business school. Prior to Morgan Stanley, she was an assistant vice president in the Communications, Media, and Entertainment Group at CIT, where she spent her time advising clients on and making investments in production- and content-related companies in the entertainment sector.
Vilma has over 15 years of structured finance experience across various asset classes and sectors, executing over $25 billion of securitization, structured finance, and equity transactions over that time. She graduated cum laude with a BBA in finance from the University of Miami and received her MBA from Harvard Business School.
Julie Wood
Board Position: Chair, Public Affairs Committee
Julie Wood is a Managing Director at Risa Heller Communications, where she advises companies and high-profile individuals on strategic and crisis communications. She has 20 years of experience advising corporate executives, leading technology brands and elected officials. Most recently, Julie served as Communications Director for New York Governor Kathy Hochul from 2021 until 2023. Prior to joining the Hochul Administration, she served as Senior Director of Communications at Lyft. She served as Press Secretary on Mike Bloomberg’s 2020 presidential campaign, as senior spokesperson on Hillary Clinton’s 2016 presidential campaign, and as First Deputy Press Secretary and Digital Content Director at City Hall in the Bloomberg Administration. Randi Zuckerberg is a tech investor, advisor, and media personality who’s spent her career at the intersection of innovation, storytelling, and community. A Harvard graduate and early Facebook employee, she created Facebook Live and helped shape how millions connect online.
Today, Randi hosts Randi Zuckerberg Means Business on SiriusXM, speaks regularly on tech and leadership, and serves on the board of Life360 in addition to the board of New York Road Runners. She’s also the author of three books and a Tony Award-winning Broadway producer.
A passionate advocate for endurance sports and mental resilience, Randi has completed 16 marathons and 11 ultramarathons— all in her 40s, as a mother of three. In May 2025, she completed the Cocodona 250, a 250-mile ultramarathon through the Arizona desert.
