Gotytom Gebreslase
In her last trip to New York City, Gotytom Gebreslase placed third at the 2025 Mastercard New York Mini 10K in 30:54.
This November, she will be running her second TCS New York City Marathon.
In her marathon debut in 2021, Gebreslase won the Berlin Marathon and followed it up with gold at the World Athletics Championships Marathon in 2022, setting a championship-record time of 2:18:11
Gebreslase found herself on the podium at her TCS New York City Marathon debut in 2022, finishing in third place in 2:23:39.
Gebreslase returned to the World Athletics Championships Marathon in 2023 with a runner-up finish.
